Owner-authorized wallet recovery

Locked out of your own Bitcoin?
We help you reclaim your keys — honestly.

If you own a wallet you can no longer access — a forgotten password, a partial seed phrase, a wallet that shows a zero balance — we may be able to recover it. We only work on wallets you can prove you own, we charge only if we succeed, and we tell you up front when a case can't be done.

Our fee: a flat 20% of what we recover, billed only after your coins are back in your own custody. The assessment is free. No recovery, no fee.

We never ask you to send us your coins, and we never charge a fee to "release" funds. If anyone does, it's a scam — see the warning below.

Process

How it works

Four steps. Nothing technical starts until ownership is verified.

1

Verify ownership & authorize

You show that the wallet is yours (transaction history you can describe, matching public key/address, account records) and sign a recovery authorization. We don't touch a wallet we can't confirm you own.

2

Free feasibility assessment

You tell us what you remember. We assess honestly whether recovery is realistic — including "this isn't recoverable" when that's the truth. No charge.

3

Targeted recovery

We build the search around what you actually recall and run it on dedicated hardware against our own Bitcoin node. Your keys stay in a controlled environment.

4

You regain access — then you pay

On success we hand access back to you and you move your funds yourself. Our fee is a percentage of what's recovered, due only when you have your coins.

Honest expectations

What we can and can't recover

Recovery works by using what you remember to shrink the search. Truly random secrets with nothing remembered are protected by math we can't beat — and we won't pretend otherwise.

SituationOddsWhy
Missing 1–2 seed wordsGood The seed checksum + on-chain check narrows it to a handful of candidates.
Seed words in the wrong orderGood You hold all the words; we resolve the ordering and confirm by funds.
Seed restores but balance is zeroGood Usually a wrong derivation path / address type — no cracking needed.
Forgotten password you partly rememberCase by case Length, characters, and patterns you recall decide feasibility.
Corrupted / damaged wallet.datCase by case Depends on the extent of the damage; often repairable.
Strong random password, nothing rememberedNo The keyspace is astronomically large; no hardware makes this feasible.
Fully random seed, lost with no informationNo This is exactly what Bitcoin's security is designed to protect.
Why us

Built to be the trustworthy option

20% success fee

You pay 20% of the recovered value, and only after your funds are back in your own custody. The assessment is free.

Ownership required

We verify you own the wallet and keep a signed authorization on file for every case. No exceptions.

Your keys, your custody

We return access to you and you move the coins. We never take custody or ask you to send funds.

Private by design

We check balances against our own full node, so your addresses aren't broadcast to third-party lookup services.

Straight answers

If your case can't be done, we say so on day one instead of billing you for false hope.

Dedicated hardware

GPU-accelerated recovery tuned for wallet formats, so feasible cases finish fast.

⚠ How to spot a recovery scam (including ones pretending to be us)

A legitimate recovery service will never: ask for an upfront "release," "tax," or "unlock" fee to free your coins; DM or call you first claiming they can recover funds; ask for your seed phrase before any verification; or promise a guaranteed recovery. We do none of these. If someone contacts you claiming to be us and does any of the above, it isn't us.

About

Who runs ReclaimKeys

ReclaimKeys is operated by a Colorado LLC and led by a crypto research analyst who has spent years studying wallet formats, seed derivation, and the recovery patterns that actually work versus the ones that don't. We stay deliberately low-profile so we can focus on the technical work and honest reporting — and so scammers can't clone a public founder identity to prop up their own operations.

You'll always know who to reach: written correspondence goes to hello@reclaimkeys.com, legal matters to legal@reclaimkeys.com, and security disclosures to security@reclaimkeys.com. Every engagement is bound by a signed Ownership Verification & Authorization Agreement and our Terms of Service.
